About Dr. Mark Boehler PT, DPT, CIDN
Mark Boehler was born in Tiffin, OH and was number 7 of 9 children. He attended the University of Findlay while earning a Bachelor of Science degree and then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. During his studies he chose elective courses focusing on manual therapy and from there the foundation of his skill set was created. He learned the use of spinal/joint manipulation/mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, Mckenzie techniques, and more. Not soon after graduation he obtained certification in Dry Needling from Dr. Ma’s Integrative Dry Needling Institute in 2015. Then, in 2017 he became certified in Active Release Technique (ART), a very effective soft tissue treatment used around the world. Since then, Dr. Boehler has increased his manual therapy skills through the American Manipulation Institute.
He and his wife, Ashley Boehler, are the parents of 3. Both are parishioners at St. Michaels Church and active members within the community. His wife currently owns Revive Salon & Day Spa located within the same facility.
“It didn’t take me long to realize that I wanted to do this [physical therapy] on my own. It is my goal to provide therapy the way therapy should be. Reimbursement and productivity do not improve outcomes, taking the time to provide hands-on treatment does.”
